I have a 2015 SHO w/PP(don't know if it matters), my phone will connect to my car and it will answer calls and everything but wont play music, it doesnt even give me the music option while I reconnect my phone. I have tried disconnecting and forgetting my phone(iphone 13) and it still doesn't work, it stopped working a week after I turned my subs around (were facing back and now facing forward). My only thought on what might help is disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. But I haven't tried it. Please give me any advice or help. I want to listen to music. Thanks

Does it say audio off? This happened to me a bit ago when my battery was going out, I ended up resetting the BMS and it fixed it.

I'm not sure, but I remember tapping the Bluetooth button and it playing the normal button sound but not doing anything, no pop-up and no alerts. When I plug it into aux it says "no media files"

What happens if you try to tap on the audio tab? Mine wouldn’t even let me enter that, it would just connect through settings. How old is your battery? Do you live somewhere it gets cold?

Try a reboot of the SYNC system. It's in the advanced settings menu. My bluetooth will sometimes quit working, maybe every month or two. A reboot always fixes it.

Not sure if this is related, but I had some strange bugs and had to factory reset my phone to make it work. I also had to buy a new, Apple approved cord to direct connect where that never mattered in the past.
