Okie dokie people, just got the word. Anymore sidework at work and I lose my job. So, that means if you need something done, its at the house now, and I'm limited as to what I can/will do without a rack.

Too many people in too short of a time caused this, so if you need something PM, and we'll get it sorted out.

Jason, I know you want to do your brakes soon, but they're gonna have to wait until Saturday night or something.

Fredrick, I also know I need to get your 89 figured out. Maybe one Sunday soon I can get that thing squared away.

Sorry guys, but my job is more important than sidework.

I appreciate all the help you have given me, bye the way I pulled all my plugs today, they look great ;Brand new actually after 1.5 yrs ;so something is good under the hood with no soaked spark plugs from a leaky fuel injector, The new fuel pump will be @ the shop in the am and I will install and get back to you ...Joe

Sorry to hear that - I don't think most know how many SHOs you helped keep on the road.

If you need help with any work you were doing that was easier with/needed the rack (eg. trans install) just yell at me.

Do I need to come by and pick-up the y-pipe?

I'm sorry to hear this James, I'm sure the recent work you've done on Bluie contributed to this. I sure am grateful. I'm also sure if there is a will there is a way. Let me know if I can do anything to help.

That's a great idea! We need a St. Louis SHO "clubhouse". We could even call it Midwest SHO ! With the proper 403 filing, the club could be a non-profit organization. You can even have fund-raisers as a 403 organization, own property, conduct business, hold/host events, and the like . . . .

James, sorry to hear this, you've been way generous with your time. If you ever need a favor in return just ask. Don't endanger your job. Do you have a new boss there?

Could be a good idea but how much work is involved in this?

[frantically waves hand in the background, like the know-it-all kid in high school everyone wanted to throttle . . . . ]

I think all of us know the feeling of no money...:boohoo:

My best friend from high school - who has been working at Firestone TO THIS DAY - use to have a doozy of a boss. Mr. Lacy wouldn't even allow the guys working there to take their tools home (yes, the tools THEY bought in order to work at Firestone). He was so adamant (sp?) about them making money on the side, even at home, that he threatened to fire anyone who did so.
