long story short, after doing the front 60K on my friends 91 the fuel pump is not priming and the car won't start. Any ideas? Its late and I couldn't find anything searching.

yes the ground strap is in place.

We changed the CPS, timing belt, water pump, and radiator. The CPS was gapped to .03". The timing belt was lined up with all 3 timing marks. The fuel pump inerta switch has not been tripped.

Check the fuse link that comes off the single small positive wire at the positive battery terminal. It goes down from the terminal into a wiring harness bundle. The fuse link is right there at the entry to the bundle. It supplies power to IRCM pin 8 YELLOW wire

If that link goes, no Fuel pump, no ECM power, no start....

There's more, but I'd start with that.
