no brake lights

Was told that I have no brake lights by the **** shop who changed my oil and sure enough no brake lights. I do have park/headlight lights in the back and turn signals and flashers work. So bulbs are ok.
Here is what I have checked so far:
All fuses under dash - all ok.
All **** fuses - all ok.
Searched under dash and around brake pedal and all connecting wires, clips and connectors there - all ok.
So Im baffled. Anyone else have any ideas?

there is a brake petal light swich on the upper side of the brake pedal. Have to contort a little bit, but you can look up and see it. It's a 5 dollar part. Change that it'll be good to go!

+1 i had the same problem thats all it takes to fix!

Yeah the BOO (brake one off switch) mine actually just happened to come upplugged, check to make sure it didn't just pop off.

I looked pretty suspiciously at all those sorts of clips and plugs, so Im pretty sure it isnt unplugged. There are two pieces attached to the brake pedal, im betting its the one that has wires plug into it right? And not the piece that is white plastic and looks as if it goes to some sort of vac device.

Thanks guys, that was indeed the culprit. Only sad point is my part was $8, I guess the state has to make up revenue somewhere without all that beer being sold in Utah!
