I checked the grounds next to main plug and they seem to ground with test light and I’ve checked all fuses and switched around relays still nothing any help would be much appreciated

Is it a 1998 harness that you put in? They had tiny little changes here and there from year to year.

Many moons ago, I had a bad, bad time.

Ok you might just be my saving grace I don’t think it is same year because there was one or 2 plugs that I had to swap from the old one one example was starter motor on the car was a bolt and on new harness was a small plug would this also cause no start or is that another problem?

Always the little gotchya's that do exist. Good time to have a proper AllData/Mitchell5 subscription to possibly see the differences.
Some features were removed depending on when the car was produced that could alter things slightly. Transmission, Shift, etc. Knowing the year of the harness "could" help in identifying the issues. If you are okay with dealing with moving PIN's and/or adding a wire, anything is fixable.

Well the fun begins it was out of a 96 you wouldn’t happen to have the diagram for a 96 and 98 would ya lol

Starter plug. The eye bolt is unusual, the small plug with the pink wire is the normal solenoid trigger wire. And it sucks, and it breaks all the time so someone may have put on an eyebolt head.

Also, betweeen the 98 to a 96 there would be a difference between the water temp sending unit plugs, 96 would be 1x1 wire and 1x2 wire, 98 would be 2x2 wire.

Read that thread I linked, it talks about plugs in the C 130 plug.

As for wiring diagrams, I do not have but someone here might be able to pull one up.

Also, why did you change the 98 harness and do you (hopefully) still have it?

I already have the 96 plugged into everything I changed over the starter to a eye hole and the 1x1 to the 1x2 like you said so now I’m just down to dealing with pins in the plug

I've always had trouble exporting these diagrams... Here are some of them for the 96. Not sure how much it will help. Maybe I will get the energy to try some more this weekend.

Hey Carter, welcome to the Gen3 world! (if you hadn't already posted an intro elsewhere) You share a first name with one of the "founding fathers" of the Gen3 SHO community. So I recently obtained the 1998 equivalent of what gamefanatic posted above and will attach here. FYI, the sheet numbering is off - 2 of 3 is really 1 of 3 and so on. There are many very knowledgeable users on this forum, it really is a blessing to those of us passionate about the car. You may also find a good resource in user "shorod" for electrical diagrams. He's on the TCCA forum as well - a good resource for non-SHO specific issues you may have (it's worth making an account there). He was very helpful to me a few years ago. Good luck!

That is exactly what I need but sadly that file is too blurry could you try again to export it or point me to the source of it I would very much appreciate it

Thank you so much for the help that is exactly what I needed but do you happen to have a better version of that for 96 sadly the one linked above it too fuzzy for me to read but yours was crystal clear

I only got the 98 version from an on-line tech help session. I expect gamefanatic can get you a better copy, but if not, hit up SHOROD. Assuming he's still around here, he's the one I'd go to for the diagrams.

Its been a bust couple of weeks. I'll try to get a better image this weekend. I was trying different ways to export it, but it wasn't consistent.

You can kind of make out the text by comparing the 98 to the 96. The only real difference should be the wire PIN location.

I have the Ford CDs with all the details but you need windows XP to run it. I probably have a '98 harness too.
