I've had my 2010 SHO on order now since April. It is built finally, and expected to be delivered any day. I did get a chance to drive one today following a local stop on Ford's "50 City Taurus Tour". Here are my first impressions... The interior is VERY comfortable. The seats are soft, the seating position is perfect. The car is VERY quiet. Even accelerating, it was quiet. No engine noise, no exhaust note, no turbo whine. It was also rather soft. Almost Lincoln soft. I was hoping for a tighter, stiffer suspension so this may be the very first thing I change on this car. Acceleraton was decent, but not Earth shattering. This will be my year-round daily driver, replacing a 2007 Acura TL Type-S. The Acura had a much sportier feel, stiffer lighter, etc. The Taurus feels a bit more refined, softer and well... more grown up. Can't wait to get it!
