So I just installed my new water pump. I have it on and have everything hooked up. When I started it I heard a weird noise. Hmmmmm my Power Steering "gear" on my belt is wabling. So I make sure it's tightened and it is, but it still wables. Any one know why? Anyone have suggestions?

Just because it is tight doesn't mean it is properly seated. That pulley needs to be put into the grooves of the shaft properly and properly pushed up against the pump, flush in it's place before tightening it down. You need to remove the belt, remove the nut, reinstall the pulley make sure it is fully on the pump and flush against it. Then retorque and go from there.
