About a month ago, I used FORscan to make some changes to my As built and everything worked perfectly. Tried to connect today and couldn't get the program to connect. My license is good until 1-30-2026. The adapter is from Amazon and is a "OBDLink EX". Anyone have any ideas on this?

In FORScan, make sure the connection is set to FTDI.

A screenshot of the error message would be useful.

There was no error message, just a 'no connection' message at the bottom of the screen. The HP laptop has two USB ports and I tried switching the adapter to the other USD and still wouldn't connect. Forscan worked great on both my vehicles two weeks ago, and now it doesn't.

Did you click the connect icon in the lower left? If not set to auto connect you need to manually connect.

I finally got it to connect. I didn't have my glasses on and didn't see the connect icon.
Is there a speedometer correction in Forscan? My speedometer reads about 3 mph fast at 50mph.

Other than the changing tire size option, there is a way to input a custom size in the as built data. I will not try to explain it. You'll have to do your own research.

Hint: The procedure may be in the Taurus spreadsheet.
