I have raced stick my entire life. This is the first auto. WHat's the trick? You bring the boost up and lunch at a few thousand rmp or do you just drop the hammer? Those 60 foot times are unreal with stock tires.

I shallow stage just putting on second yellow, Bring it up to 2000 rpm as the tree starts I give it little more gas not really looking at the tack
but by seat of the pants and just nail it on the last yellow.. I would say 2200 to 2400 rpm.. Also depends how well the track is prepped..

Thanks, still a very impressive 60 foot. I have a boost guage so i figured i would bring the cars rpm up on boost then let it go. Never played with a turbo before. I have run nitrous and am currently running a supercharger on my Mustang. A different beast. I get the car up to about 5k and just dump it. It's nice to have built tranny and rear to abuse. lol I'm hoping to run my SHO before the end of the year.....it's stock. I'll keep you posted.

What tires are you running, my bro has a 550 hp mustang, and can't grip over 2000 rpm?
