NAPA's HS54033 Head Gasket Set

i am in need of an upper gasket set and my sources arent coming through for me at the time. i searched the forum and found this NAPA HG set. is this a complete upper gasket set ? could someone break down its contents for me ?

I used one for a 60K last week and it has just about everything you need. I don't have a list handy at the moment, but basically it includes everything except injector to rail seals and injector to head seals. It does include injector o-rings.
