Mystery fuse

I found a mystery fuse under the dash... Its almost directly above the fuse panel. Right near the flasher relay. Has I think a 15 amp in it. Inline style holder. Made into the factory harness. What is it? I'll try to get a pic (knida tight in there)

IIRC, that is the fog light fuse...

Was that a "oops, we need to do this" from Ford? I dont have any fogs just yet, still trying to get it roadworthy. Got the muffler on today... And the horseshoe clip popped in the shifter... Was sweet with the torpedo heater in the garage! Now I need a coffee maker! Okay heres a pic. You can see the fuse box center bottom...
