Ok, I recently replaced my 89's MFS Because it melted on the inside. It lasted a little bit longer after I "fixed" it with a guitar pick, but that only lasted a while.
My brand new switch gave me the melting wire smell the other day while I was driving my girlfriend back to brooklyn from new paltz, an 88 mile drive. I didnt have the fog lamps on, only the headlights were on.
Is there any friggin' way to fix this switch, or do something that will make it so I wont have to replace it again?
