Misfire after 4000 RPM's (Now with video)

I finshed up swapping intakes to a cleaned and painted one, new plugs and wires. The car runs great below 4000 rpms but after that it will sputer and misfire like crazy. The rpm gauge jumps around alot. I disconneted the secondary controller and it still does the same thing so I dont think that is the issue what do you guys think?

the plugs are brand new and so are the wires. They are also in the correct order. I dont know why this only happens in higher RPMS??

sounds like your blinker fluid is low!

get your plugs back on in the right order?

Maybe you have a bad ground (rear passenger side of the intake to the front passenger side of the firewall, really close to your fuel lines). The other thing could be how the plug wires are routed. Perhaps you have them crossed or routed improperly. Or maybe a faulty Crank Position Sensor connection. These are items that may off gotten screwed-up when you changed the intake. Check all connections, hoses, bolts, etc that were messed with when you did the swap and you'll probably find your problem.
