Don't know if it would help you any, but I am looking to trade a pair of Eibachs with 3/4 of a coil cut, for some uncut Intrax, with the intent of raising my ride height a quarter inch.

If you search my user name I recently posted what limits there are, and proper ways to approach, adjusting the strut tab at the bottom. Good for a quarter inch just by enlarging the hole but keeping the strut tab function intact.
