CR uses brand new turbos if you choose that option, or they can use yours if you want to send them to Canada. We sell lots of them, and while they don't replace the wastegates they are tested and verified, and if bad they will replace them. I would recommend upgrading to TurboSmart wastegates though.

We have them on the site here:

No promo codes work for the Turbos, lol?

Oops, there rep who responded to my inquiry didn't mention I could go all knew, guess it's because I only brought up sending mine to them. TurboBay rep was so knowledgeable and educational, that's why I went with them. Good to have options, when there is so few for our platform. Now if I could just get her to behave before her build, it will make my year.

I believe we have a few sets of Gen3’s incoming soon. The Gen3’s are cheaper and better!
I wanted GH but out of stock, more than in stock, same for their intercooler. Not bashing GH at all, just how the game works. TurboBay turbos with treadstone intercooler is what I went with.

Yah it’s been tough the last couple years with the supply chain issues and being a small business.

I remember when I bought my SHO in early 2019 (I wasn’t an employee at the time) everything but the fuel pump was in stock.

We are moving to a new location in October which is a turnkey “performance shop” with 4 lifts, dyno room, some offices, a place to do burnouts etc. We’ll have master mechanics on hand and we will be able to do anything from oil changes to custom big budget builds. Why I do bring this up? We had to wait 6 months for the last batch after we paid for them, that’s a ton of capital for a small business just have out lingering for 6 months.

As far as turbos go, those CR turbos only upgrade the turbine. We found a defect with the factory housings that everyone uses which leads the rear turbo to crack. Our current hold up has been been getting that upgraded part. We’d rather make less $$ than push out a product not up to our standard.

Are they going to upgrade turbine with compressor side.? TurboBay improved both wheels so I can move TQ to midrange. Take the stress of GH pulling like a mule at take off. Me tqt coming on so low in my opinion just lead to more damage to engine and tranny, I can suffer a quick take off but as the vehicle moves faster those turbos should really kick in.

Just to update: @aaron240 has been tasked with building my front and rear LSD. This is going to be exciting.

I've pretty much ordered everything except for the GH Turbos. @DadMobile

I do plan on getting the manifolds ported and the turbos port matched. I have a solid machine shop around that I can discuss the work with, and see what I can do myself.

Haven't posted in awhile but figured I'd give an update on the car. Unfortunately, I was T-Boned, by a Jeep Trailhawk, and the car has been deemed a total loss by their insurance company.

That's the bad news.

The great news is Bertha saved my life and I had nothing more than tight shoulder and sore neck. The person in the other vehicle was perfectly fine as well.

I've decided to purchase the car back from insurance, as there was no frame damage. It will pretty much be sourcing some black driver side doors, fender, and the skirt.

Not sure about all the modifications I have... I may end up selling them simply because I am currently shopping for a new vehicle.

I've been looking at the p100d and plaid edition Teslas, but my other half is urging me to move to the Mustang E instead, mainly for size. Any of you have the E GT?

I bought her back. She will be rebuilt. No frame damage or damage other than the doors and a small amount on the rear fender.

I'm car searching now. Leaning towards a Jeep Wrangler after all the test drives... which included Teslas, BMW, Mercs, VWs, etc..

Haven't decided whether I am going to sell the aftermarkets parts I have. Everything is brand new including GH Turbos & intercooler, Magnaflow Exhaust, PPE coated downpipes, rear swaybar, EPP intake/hotpipes, etc... I'm willing to take inquiries

Shame about the boat. Wranglers are shit, in my opinion. Too much money for what they are. If you really want a Jeep, Cherokee track hawk or SRT. All wheel drive. Or look at Audi's, love my Q7 lol. Post up what you're willing to part with and ship.
