EPP Intake only or Hot Pipes as well? If no Hot Pipes, add them to the list. HPFP. You say you don't have access to pure methanol. A methanol system can still be beneficial. You can use Low Temp/Winter windshield washer fluid. PPE catted downpipes. 3rd cat/resonator delete. Maintenance items (fluids, suspension, etc.). Performance brakes. Cleaning condenser, trans cooler, ptu cooler, etc.
I'm going to purchase EPP intake, dealer found i was running rich and was carbon fouling in a very short time period on new plugs.. So those EPP cut down on a rich fuel mixture?

No. The intake has nothing to do with your running rich problem.
Good, tech was trying to sell me that idea. But Brad never had issues with intake but this is what another tech stated which as messed up as chain of events he explained, it kind of makes sense.

And a tech at the Ford dealer, believes the PPE may have during there break-in, carbon fouled the downstream, when engine was off fumes then worked up to upstream, laying soot on them, Causing a rich burn, but not setting off o2 codes. With rich burn all plugs, then carbon fouled. I kept them and showed them to the techs. They took off back DP, completely black inside, and PPEs have been on the car for only 8 months. Then misfires sent voltage back to PCM, frying the board. Along with bad alarm install then removal added to voltage being sent back to PCM. They found numerous live wires not taped or capped off. Reinstalled all mods I've done so far. And they did a great job fixing all wiring that was spliced into. She is a happy car now. Guess I'll Being doing plugs every 15,000 miles and O2s too.

Idk all downpipes will be black inside even just a month old doesn’t matter if they’re stock, aftermarket and/or coated with JetHot. Glad they fixed it but essentially if you have anything aftermarket on your car a dealership won’t be able to resist pointing the finger at it as the culprit. Even when it makes absolutely no sense. They want a scapegoat and anything aftermarket will be blamed.

Why I made sure all new plugs, O2s, all four, new plugs, new coils , to remove any suspicions before they got the car. All car was returned to all stock. But they caught the wiring to meth system but let it slide, since it was back to all stock. Even told them that LPFP and HPFP couldnt be culprit since both were aftermarket, but both returned to stock. It was the running rich and carbon fouling everything that surprised me, since only 15,000 miles since mods. Which led them to PCM/ECM.

I'm glad you got this figured out and also documented for someone else in the future.
Would have not ever thought to suspect PCM, but should have since it happened to my interceptor. I dug into TSBs on the PCM, there was none. Which is surprising since I've owned 3 2013+ Taurus's, now 2 out of 3 had bad PCM.

Has anyone done or know a way to drain the factory intercooler of its build up?
