Leather seat repair??

Anybody have ideas as how to refurbish / restore my leather seats. ( Fronts only)
They are getting cracked/ worn and in some places are torn.
What are some options....and costs invloved?
Are there some fancy -smancy -space- age products out there that fix leather?

Permatex makes a leather repair kit.I`m going to find out soon how it works.Check e-bay under leather repair kits for some very cheap kits to try also.

I had the leather side panels on the bottom cushion of the driver's seat successfully replaced by an upolstery shop for $75.
