Well this is no longer just a engine refresh I only planned on doing a timing kit but now as you can notice I’m all in so with that’s said my build list so far of parts I have ordered are the Manley h beam rods with arp 2000 bolts and Manley pistons in the severe duty coating in 10:1 compression has anyone used any of the valves that are offered by fererra is it a worthwhile upgrade with the limitations of our transmission aswell as the sodium filled valves offered by supertech any information is greatly appreciated I am not new to working on cars but this is my first time getting this deep into one just wanna make sure I’m using the right parts and doing everything I should be while the engine is out

I went with Manley h beam, Manley extreme duty .02 over, stock valves (performance 5 angle valve job) and supertech valve springs.

Stock retainers aswell? And did you go with the conical or the beehive setup for springs
