Installing new cd player

I am going to be installing a SONY CDX M620 stereo that my friend is giving me. It doesnt have any custom harnesses for the SHO. My car has the JBL stereo package installed.

My question is...do I use the factory amps or no? I was thinking about possibly using the factory sub amp to still power the sub and let the deck take care of the speakers?

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

The deck has 3 pre outs and is rated at 52x4.

Paul, Please check out my thread in the maintenace forum. I just did the same thing over the weekend. I didn't have the JBL system with sub but I had the factory premium sound with amp. I hooked it up both ways and it sounds much better on the amp.
