Hey all... My apologies for being away for a while, got caught up in life and haven’t been able to get on.... Thank you kgupton123456 for posting a how to on this, the way you described is the way I did it. It’s pretty cool seeing a couple of you already doing this to your cars! I haven’t had a chance to make a video worth posting but i did go ahead and grab on blow off from my iPhone this morning and I’ll put it below as a teaser of sorts for those of you that want to hear it. Again its poor quality as it was done pretty quick and on my iPhone.

How do you get the you tube video working?
Until it gets working you can see it here... http://youtu.be/yYLyMqvq0FM

Ok so I'm new to the whole mod'ing game with turbos, and I know nothing about different BOV's. I know there's recirculating and atmospheric types, but not really anything beyond that. I've been combing local forums and found a guy selling a Turbo XS Type H-RFL for a good price...would this be usable on the SHO?

RFL stands for really fu**ing leaky, so I would not buy it. HKS is probably the best out there.

That is freak! Sounds mean and cool, but I wish there would be an OFF and ON switch, because I don't think my wife would appreciate, and honestly after a while, probably me neither. But you got what you wanted and that is what matters... It is cool!

Thank you for reading; I am glad you were able to understand it. I am not a good writer and when I was typing this in the middle of the night, I missed a lot of words. Shhh I was tired.

But the video is just like what my car does. I don’t have an IPhone or an android, just a simple phone to make calls with.

One thing I will have to try is that a small bridge in down town Olympia, Wa (people who lives in Washington) that is about 100 yards long on video. It is just like a tunnel under some streets where big trucks are not able to drive though. The next time I am there, I will bring my camera.

Sorry I'm kind of reviving an old thread but I wanted to add a bit more detail and pictures to the install, I did it today and its pretty easy. Having the exact parts helps tremendously! I included my O'Reilly receipt with everything I got for the install. As another member mentioned sanding down the intake tube where you connect the radiator hose is a must, without that the tube will come off. I went back and trimmed off the unused length on the hose clamps with a hose clamp cutter (I had to borrow one).

What is the point of that noise maker closcer? Is it worth blocking off or what?

That's the noise maker not a blow off valve you replaced? Does replacing it with an aftermarket BOV have any benefit I am not aware of??

Sorry that comment wasn't directed at you. Some people have said that it can leak a little boost. The Lincoln's don't even have it so you can just remove it. I just don't understand putting a blow off valve there unless the other valves are disabled in some manner...

Is this installed in addition to the factory BOV's?
If not what is done with the factory setup/wiring?

Can anyone with experience with install of this product please post step by step instructions on here? I have a bov just like the one used by the OP and I would like to install it soon. Thanks.

Don't look for much help on this fellas. I believe the OP is the one and only person to do this mod. Adding a 3rd BOV is a little redundant. But if your still insistent there was a full write how to on here I believe.
