idle surging

Hello , members I am new to this so bare with me .I have a 1995 sho 5 speed and when I start it surges for about 10 mins or unless it stalls out . Now I have changed out my tps and iac motor and it still does it . Now once it stops I can drive until I get to a light then it starts surging again . So if anyone could help it would surely be appreciated. And if anyone a good mechanic in Michigan that can work on these cars let me know

Most likely you have a vacuum leak in the intake tract, anywhere from the MAF sensor on.

first, pull the codes. this is easy and anyone with a paperclip who can count can do it. you will find instructions on this site if you search. post up the codes that you find.

second, the iac is still suspect. I have purchased new ones that were sticky and resulted in a surging idle right out of the box, so I think that may still be your issue.
