The IAC has 1 electrical connector and 2 vacuum ports on it, where do those 2 vacuum ports run too. I've got new vacuum hose and no idea where it routes too. Any help is appreciated!!!

I'm not sure you're talking about the right part. The IAC bolts to the "taint" of the intake manifold, the two ports require a gasket between the IAC and the manifold; no hoses are necessary. Do you have pictures?

Can't do pictures, im at work. Ok, i'm wrong. It's not the IAC itself, the IAC bolts to a piece that has two ******* on it then to the taint (i like that) of the manifold. When i took all this apart last august i took pictures but the hard drive said pictures where stored on has since died. Ive had to replace all my coolant/vacuum hoses due to age/no preventative maint. by the prior owner. I can get a pic of it up later tonight.

trainguy1989- So if i want to do the TB Bypass, which ive got the car set up for right now, i dont need to connect any hoses to that block? And what is the point to running hot coolant through there?

No you do not need to. Ford ran hot coolant through there because in cold climate the throttle plate could freeze. Mines been removed because its a pain when taking the manifold off and cooler air is denser, so the car has more getup and go. I have no coolant to heat up the air.

Cool thx, i just wanted to make sure that the coolant hoses wheren't needed for the block inbetween the IAC and manifold so ill leave the TB ones and the block off and do the bypass. :thankyou:
