huh???? sterio ground probs.

ok check this out,
I just did some nitrous work to my car, this included pulling out my seats and my sub box.
when I put everything back my sterio started acting up.
everytime I open my door, my subs thump eek!
this also happens if I turn on my lights
obviously a ground problem, but i have been through it twice , still cannot find the issue
it also thumps if I turn down my volume all of the way and then turn it up it tumps from o to 1 on the volume scale.
anyone ever have this problem, any ideas how to fix it?? shrug

.....did you use a wiring harness for the deck? Guessing it's an aftermarket one. If you can, find the ground that the oem harness went to and splice the ground in there....? shrug
