How do I align the fog lamps?

Currently, I have some superwhite bulbs in my fog lamps. They are pretty bright and spread the light pretty well, except for the fact that they point pretty high. I was planning on lowering them so they hit the ground more. Is realigning them difficult? Thanks.

EZ. Pull up to a wall or a buddy's car and loosen/tighten the bracket to the desired hight. The law says it is OK as long as the lights dont shine into the "passenger compartment" of other cars. P.S. What bulbs u using...im looking to upgrade.
