have to mention have been also having problems with turn signals, blinkers, Air conditioning cutting out (blows ice cold than goes away for a few min to hours). I ran codes on it friday. Got a egr valve code was it. I cleaned the tubes and the egr valve code went away. The last few week it has started on the second turn of the key never the first.

I had the same problem with my SHO. I was driving home one day and the damn thing just stopped running. Turned over wouldn't fire. It ended up being the fuel pump or something like that. To the tune of $468

As for the A/C blowing cold then hot. Mine was low on Freon but that was due to pin holes in the condenser.

Has your car thrown you any codes yet? (check engine light?). When you get into the car, turn the key to 'acc' but don't try and start it right away. Listen for the faint bzzz of the fuel pump. It should be about 2 seconds long. If you either hear a short blip, or hear nothing at all, then it is likely the fuel pump or the IIRC relay. If everything is okay, then it might be spark, but it sounds to me like CPS. shrug

only code I got off it friday was a egr code. Its at the dealer now after being towed and they say the only code was the constant control module...... 114,000 miles too. The message the dealer left of course had no code numbers........ I will be calling first thing in the morning to find out. But when I was getting egr codes the check engine light would come on after it was hot from running a while. Also the low coolent, and the oil light flickered on and off the last few days. This is a problem I have been fighting a few months. I have had it hooked up to a computer 10 times in the last year. All while the car still ran like a scalded dog..........

I think the sole purpose of the "constant control relay" is so ford can constantly control the relay of cash from your wallet to theirs thumb
