Tonight on the way home my car suddenly had no power. The check engine light was comming and going and at times it didn't want to run. Then after a couple seconds it would pick up enough to drive. After another half mile it would almost quit again. Same process repeted until i got home. Do any of you have an idea of what it could have been, it would be much appriciated.

Your check engine light is trying to tell you something is wrong. Listen to what it is saying by checking your codes.

Just ran the self test and came up with some codes. I got a 172, 175, and 176 which indicates HEGO sensor lean. Could someone elaborate on that? and could that be my problem.

First thing I would do is clean the MAF sensor, a fouled MAF can cause that driveability concern and those codes:

Well i got lucky, the intake hose just came off the air box.
