I've never seen a drip from a leaking water pump either, but all it takes is a couple of drips to short out the CPS.

Well I'm trying to figure out why the fuel pump makes a grinding noise and when it does it doesnt allow the car to start even if I spray other into the throttle body still no fire until it cools off for about 15 to 60 minutes time!

the fuel pump should not make a grinding noise. the cps is pointed to just from the codes you posted.

When that happens, blip the valve on the fuel rail to check fuel pressure. Have a paper towel wrapped around it to catch fuel.

I think you will find that there's plenty of fuel. I suspect that the no start has nothing to do with the fuel pump. The car won't start until the CPS has dried out.

Even if there is no fuel through the pump/rails, putting combustible gas or fluid in there should ignite if there is spark

Plenty of pressure to the fuel rail I figured it out I put a jump box on it when it wasnt starting and it started right up it's not sending the proper voltage to the fuel pump or the ignition control module so I either have a bad wire somewhere or a bad ground so I'm waiting for it to mess up again to run a temporary ground and see if it starts then and if not then I have to take my meter and find where it's messing up at
