HELP PLEASE. Oil leaking from unknown part on the back of the engine

Can someone please tell me what this part with the red rubber piece is called it is steadily leaking oil but only while the car is running. Please and thank you

Anyone changed an oil pressure sensor unit? 1990 SHO. Looks a little hard to access, since it is up behind the axle shaft, high on the engine . Any special tools or advice on how to do this? I have an unusual issue, the dash light still works, but the plastic nose of the sensor unit will...

I use the Duralast PS103 from Autozone. No need to drain the oil.
