This thing had heat a week ago, but the last couple times I've driven it there hasn't been any hot air coming out of the dash regardless of being set at panel/floor. It's not cold by any means, but it's not warm at all. Do these have issues with blend doors, or am I starting in the wrong direction? Or should I be more concerned about possible air pockets or a plugged heater core? The temp gauge is right were it should be at all times.

I did just have the engine torn down for cam welding, but I doubt I could have messed anything up that could be related to heat.

There could be some air in the system and its not letting coolant flow though the heater core.

I hope it's just air in the system. I got ****** because I've never enjoyed dropping dashes in the older SHOs for heater cores, and I assume the Gen 3 is the same way?

Is it full of coolant? The way the V8 cooling system is set up you cannot get air trapped as long as the expansion tank is full. Fill it completely to the top too.

do these cars have a cabin filter? If it hasn't been changed in a long time you don't get very much heat, from my experiences.
