Heater only blows through front-facing vents

Been an issue for a year at or so. Heat only blows through front vents. Nothing from dash or foot vents. Is this something I can fix myself? I normally don’t care, but I started delivering for Uber Eats on the side, and my feet get COLD in the winter, not to mention it takes forever to defrost the windshield without dash heat. Anyone with experience in this? Thanks!

This actuator is located to the right of the steering column on the side of the center console wall. The only access I found was lying on your back on the driver side floor. There are several YouTube videos on replacing it. The few I saw stressed 'you do NOT have to remove the steering column' but I found removing the steering column column made the task much easier.
