i was wondering if the metal heater hose that houses the sesor if the hose must be grounded to the block. The hose comes off the engine rubber then goes to metal then has the sensor then goes back to rubber then goes and connects to the fire wall. i had a blow out and i was wondering

I believe that sensor is grounded through the two conductor wiring. The tube section does not require grouding or Ford would have grounded it.
