Headlight issues

Hi. I own a 2010 SHO. Great ride, but I recently had to replace the driver side headlight assembly. With everything plugged in the headlight doesn't come on. When I pull the fuse in the engine bay then plug it back in, the headlight comes on so it has power. What am I missing?
