Gen II A/C EATC problem

93 SHO. Outside temperature shows -41 deg F and the EATC is hard at work trying to heat the interior temperature 99 degrees to 60 deg F. Swapped another outside temp sensor with no change. Heard the blendoor change positions several times just before I noticed the other problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. (It is 85 degrees here today and I would like to get the A/C working.)

here is a pretty good link i found for EATC self-testing. See what codes it gives, that should help find out whats wrong
