Like Paul said, the misfire code is an OBD-II code, which AutoZone can read.
Let's see, for the surge tank removal, there's:
1. Passenger side bracket between LIM and surge tank, by fuel lines
2. Driver's side bracket between TB and surge tank
3. Two brackets between rear head and surge tank. These are the hardest things in the whole process to disconnect. Unbolt the top part at the surge tank, loosen the bottom half on the head, and swign down out of the way.
4. Vacuum line from surge tank to FPR (Fuel Pressure Regulator)
5. Vacuum line from PCV to surge tank, by TB
6. Vacuum line from vacuum manifold (by CC actuator) to surge tank. I've found it easier to disconnect at the manifold rather than on the back of the surge tank.
7. Bracket holding the DPFE (Differential Pressure Feedback, EGR) sensor on back of surge tank.
8. EGR vavle. I usually disconnect the pipe from teh valve, and leave the valve on teh surge tank.
9. Vacuum lines from DPFE to EGR, surge tank.
10. Nine couplers (eight for the runners, one for the TB).
I think that's it. Sounds a lot more difficult than it is; the vast majority of disconnects are extremely simple and quick. The rear surge tank brackets and the EGR are the hardest. Most people never reconnect the rear surge tank brackets to the rear head because they are so difficult.
