Anyone in here have some knowledge with livelink? Loaded up the GH tune, she was running really good. Got about 200 miles maybe on the tune with light driving since I wasn’t able to datalog at first. Check engine light popped on early on, for code p0131. I have brand new turbos, both esp the rear was leaking really bad. No smoke or anything the impellers looked good and bearings don’t feel to rough it was really just seals that failed. So I’m wondering if the rear which would be bank one sensor one would have been getting crammed full of oil. Ok, makes sense. Then I thought more, with all those things out, then changing the rear valve cover gasket it’s possible oil got into the connection back there or the wiring might have hit something hot. (Heading to verify this isn’t the issue right now again) today I got the datalogs and was able to run the cel code again and now both upstream o2 have codes. P0131 and 0151. So now I’m thinking wire burnt, or maybe injectors or fp is dying and now with the extra fuel from the tune is stressing them. Can someone check over these logs and see if they see anything that might also help point in the direction for diagnosis. I can send you the logs.

I’ll also be asking when I send them to GH but if I can isolate and take care of the issue then we can move forward with actual tweaking of tuning

First piece of advice, talk things over with Matt at GH. Flashback, post your log here so someone who can look it over can just DL. Also give us some info, what mods have been done, year of vehicle and miles. Original owner?

173k on it. Not first owner, all stock aside from colder plugs and 3 bar from GH. 2013 sho. Non pp. not original owner. New smp turbos about 800 miles ago. (Both) I’m leaning toward the o2 actually being bad. The rear turbo, where my code is 0131 was right there for idk how many miles with the turbo spraying oil. Heading outside now, gonna try and pop both up streams out and swap them side to side and see if the code jumps with it. One guy on fb said things look off in the log(not getting a good reading on bank2 during the second log. But my code was showing up on bank1. I did have the 0151 code and the 0131 when I got back from those 3 logs. Cleared out and 0131 came back fairly quickly
Loading logs now from my laptop.

i keep getting attached file type not supported for the log files from livelink
Not having any luck being able to attach the files to a comment how can I load them here?

Also here’s the rear upstream. It’s a bit coated but no actual moistures or r anything mostly just the black dust/soot

And front, I’m glad someone else already got the cursing and screaming out of the way getting these out before lol. The flats on this one are a bit rounded

I would just replace that side. you most likely will destroy 2 of them trying to get them out. but on a side note if they are stock with that many miles I would change them anyway.

I swapped em around, the code followed. I have the first new one on order. I’ll order another one in a week or so. I’m not sure I don’t think they are originals but not knowing I might as well. I found motorcraft ones on eBay for both for around what advance wanted a piece.
