Plugs are fairly new, wires are Taylor, only code I get is a 225 - Knock sensor not responding, ignore if there isn't a knock. Like I mentioned in another forum, I'm at 190 miles with an 1/8th of a tank left. I recently found that I do have an 18 gallon tank because I filled up with almost 17 gallons on Monday. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you ever replaced your O2 sensors? You might want to think about changing those. Maybe clean your MAF sensor for good measure, although you don't get a code. Also clean or change your air filter.

I don't know if the 02 sensors have ever been replaced, I'll have to get under there and check it out. MAF was cleaned not to long ago, but the air filter *looks* ok. I'll change it out and then let y'all know.

Thank you.

I would not expect a stage 2 cammed car without tuning to get good milage. You need to get a LPM or tweecer and 80mm MAF.

But I don't think it should be this bad. 200-210 this tank? It just seemed to start happening, because I would get almost 300 on the street previously.

My ATX never reached 300 before the fuel light triggered[unless all highway], maybe 285. Before, I was getting crappy gas mileage, like 190 per tank, but it was the 02 sensors as the codes revealed.

Confirmed: I have an O2 sensor acting up. I ran codes 3 time and 2 of the 3 times I got a 138. I found also that my cold start circuit is acting up (explaining the issue of starting at times), as is my engine coolant sensor, and even my knock sensor. While it says to ignore the knock sensor, I think I'd feel more comfortable with it replaced. Just a few more things to add to the list :).

Don't count out a malfunctioning/plugged fuel pump or filter.

Back in Michigan ... again.
With the mods on your car if you keep your foot in it more often than not I would expect fuel mileage along the lines you're seeing. SHO's are capable of great fuel mileage, but to get it you really need to stay out of the secondaries.

I was in the 300 range previously with the mods, now I'm getting around 210-220. The codes revealed a few things. But then again, a buddy of mine says; :snicker: "We're not in it for the gas mileage."
