Crank main bearing torque specs

I did a search but can’t find it. I swear there was a thread that contained it, but all I’m coming up with now is a thread that is oddly formatted that doesn’t show a torque value specifically for the main caps.

Your help is appreciated!

The Ford '89 supplement is even better with torque settings as well as nut and bolt sizes at the bottom. If the file opens for you, download arrow top right. If not, click 'open in' Acrobat Reader and then file save as....
