I changed the coils and plugs but still have a misfire.

I think I screwed up the grounds or something. There is a plug looking deal that I was told is a ground for the driver side coil.

IDK, I have ZERO experience with GEN 3's. Please help.....this car should be running GREAT!

This sounds strange to me and I do not understand it. There is a coil inside each plug fitting, as COP stands for Coil On Plug, and aside from the wire going out of the cap and a bracket to keep things from moving, there are no other connections. Perhaps you can post a photo of what you are talking about?

I'll try to get a photo up, but until then, what would cause an intermittent miss with these cars?
