thanks. got the keys on wed. proposed to my gf inside the house on thursday, "broke" in the house soon after. yesturday started painting the 2nd floor bedroom and the office. there will most likely be an event closer to the end of summer. for now its crazy busy. moving on monday, i'm at the old place cleaning and packing up now.

Mario I didn't know the search had successfully ended, congrats! Feels great doesn't it!?!?! I'm only a couple months ahead of you but I can already tell you the work and surprises never end, the list of things I've fixed, modded, etc is huge; the list of future things to fix, mod, etc is even longer! But somehow I don't seem to mind all the issues because... it's my freaking house!!! Know what I'm sayin? I'd love to see a pic or two. Again congrats and congrats on the engagement!
