Clutch Issue

I was driving home last Friday when I was coming off of the highway and tried to downshift from 5th to 4th but it wouldn't go into gear. Then this past weekend, the problem started happening more and more often. Now the car is basically undrivable. Last night I tried to drive it around a bit and at frequently random, the gears would not engage at all. Usually I after some effort I could get in into 3rd gear then shift but now it would not engage any gear. I then cut the engine and was able to shift in to 1st gear but when I restarted the engine, I got a bunch of noise before it started shifting for a short time. So I'm driving around getting stuck at every couple of intersections. By the time I finally get home I cannot shift at all unless I cut the engine first but now it will not even shift into neutral. Funny thing is it shifts into any gear without the clutch being pressed when the engine is off now. Any advice or ideas?

Replace the clutch.

That's the thing, I just replaced it last summer 2010, it only has 12K miles on it.

Gotta open it up and figure out what you did wrong/or didn't do.

Did you green loctite the quill sleeve to the output shaft?

Possibly a broken quadrant? How does the pedal feel?

I'm not sure what that is, I'm no mechanic. As for the pedal, it does feel funny when it acts up. At first it felt like there was some activity and it is just slightly heavier to press down, but nothing like it was when I frist bought it and the old clutch needed to be replaced.
