So, I plan on finally getting a bunch of work done on my SHO.
One item is the clutch.
I last went Vaelo, new, as the motor is stock, but it is slipping sooner than expected since I tow with the car.
So...
I have a SHOShop High Revs Jr with the fingers cut off (I really wish I had known about the Telflon shaft bushings!) with maybe a couple thousand miles on it.
It is basically a stock clutch with triple springs on the cover and better material on the disk.
I could take my clutch out, check the surface for any problems, and if none swap the springs over.
Then use the friction disk and I'd be in business for really cheap.
Any thoughts on this?
