Hi,
My Speedo Started Jumping Really Badly The Other Day And Started Clicking About 55 Mph. Wtf. Does The Auto Use A Different Speedo Head Than A Mtx? Are The Speedos On The Atx Electronic Or Are They Also Cable Driven. Found A Couple On Ebay But Don't Know What To Look For Without Pulling Mine Out First.

they are all cable driven until the third gen started in 96. the auto and manual speedos are the same and will interchange. 90-95 will all interchanghe, but 90-91 are green backlit and 92-95 are blue backlit. your bouncing speedo is a common problem with Taurii.. its usually a problem in the speedo head itself, ive delt with many of these. replace it with a known good speedo, or get it rebuilt.
