My Cruise Control and Cigarette lighter and Horn went out on my 91 SHO. All fuses looked fine but the 20 am breaker for the lighter was HOT. I got it out and put a new one in and heard a sparking noise as I did so and within 30 seconds it started to get hot. The horn and lighter seems to be on the 20 amp circuit breaker but not sure about cruise control. Any suggestions on the problem and possible fix?

Look inside the cig outlet and see if a coin or something has gotten down in there. Next, I would pull it out and make sure nothing is shorting on the back side of it.

one of those has a short, so you just have to trace through the wiring to find which one and then fix it.

I would consider the clock spring located below the airbag on the steering column. When both the horn and cruise control go out, it is a possibility. The cigarette lighter is a different issue.
