Here are a couple pics. The old one you can see the crack in the plastic. It had a pinhole as well and the crack up top you can't see because it's where I had patched it.

You can see the new one installed. It fit with a bolt right in. The only thing that I had to do was adjust the hole size for the clip that went on the top for the fan to bolt onto. I need to get more clips but other than that, nothing was in the way. I removed the thermostat then flushed the motor as well, and am using Prestone that preserves aluminum. I still need to ground the radiator and will get to that very soon.

As was said by another member, search Taurus Aluminum Radiator than I got one sold by GPI racing. I forgot to take the camera with me to get a picture of it before install, but it's a spitting image of others posted on here from the seller Worley. Both companies are located in California. It came well protected in the box.

They look identical, same cap and blue plugs in the side for the cooler. When I put mine in I had to mod some stuff as well. The stud on the old radiator is a M6x1.0, just needed to find a bolt to fit the threaded hole in the new radiator. As for the timmerman nut on top I just ground off some material at the end to make it sit lower on the new radiator. Then with the cooler plumbing, I had already gotten rid of the crappy oem transmission thermostat so I already had rubber lines in place. So I ended up putting 1/4 thread 3/8 barb 90 degree fittings in the new radiator for the tranny. That was the only issues I had with installation which in my mind aint nothing. The radiator fits wonderfully and I have no complaints what so ever. And I put a ground wire on it also. Its best to pre-fit everything and install the fittings on the work bench before installation, just my recommendation.

I'll have to grind down a little still on the timmerman nut. I had my grinder at home and did the work at a friends where there was a yard to do it in. Going to get the ground wire on tomorrow, and check to see if my fan is even working.

Thanks for the info on the look of it being the same radiator. I couldn't be happier with how it went in. The nut isn't a big issue, and had a screw around for the side. I have a manual transmission so the caps stay in place!

These are available again. Popped up on eBay again recently. A few different sellers have them in stock.
