Its getting cold up here in nothern PA. So now my car doesn't like to run while cold. Its nearly impossible to keep from stalling it when letting the clutch out and it makes me feel like an idiot. :bonk: Any idea's on what could be the cause of this?

You could also try to make it re-learn the idle. Here in (southern) PA, I had a problem with the car stalling until it warmed up. After making it re-learn, no problems.
To make it re-learn, simply disconnect the battery, then start and let idle for about a minute.

I'm sorry this is the incorrect idle reset procedure.

1: True, you disconnect the battery for a few minutes.
2: Reconnect and start the car.
3: Let it idle for about 45 seconds till the idle comes down a bit
4: Then turn on all the accessories (ac/rear defog, lights, blower, etc), put the car in D (for an atx), and then turn the wheel 1/4 turn slowly in each direction. This puts every load the car will see on the idle.
5: Turn off all the accessories then let the car idle again for a couple minutes.

This will make your car idle properly if it was an idle problem to begin with.

Bouncy idle, stalling, high idle, all of these can be potentially caused by an inproper idle reset procedure.

No problem. I didn't want to draw it out, but that's the gist of it.

Another thing you can do, If you don't want to disconnect the battery (to keep radio, clock settings), you can just disconnect the feed to the computer. To do this, disconnect the little pigtail coming off the positive cable (it's near the battery). Then reconnect, and follow the rest of te procedure from the posts above. This way, you won't have to reset your stations
