its like a plug. You kno what you use to plug the tv into the wall? its on my car. Maybe i can get tv? haha that would be kool. can i get rid of it? isnt that for colder areas like canada and michigan

You can get rid of it sure. I live in Michigan and don't have a block heater...****, i probably wouldn't even use it if I did. I suppose you could just cut it off.

It's like a block heater! It IS a block heater! Why do you want to get rid of it? If you don't like looking at the plug just zip tie it out of sight.

Or when it is freezing cold outside at night - you can plug your SHO in overnight and it will love you in the morning....

i live in md so its rarely really really cold and im in a townhouse so cant even hook it up but im not going to cut it off wouldnt wanna make her mad or anything:) Was it an option or aftermarket on the sho?

Battery maintainer for a SHO kept in storage all winter? I suppose you could resort to drastic measures and open the hood to see where the wire goes.

You probably have an originally Canadian sold SHO- most all cars up there seemed to have block heaters on them, even today.

Cool conversation piece- just tell the "yeah, I've seen those-they have the V8 Cobra motor in them" guys that "actually, it also has a factory installed electric supercharger on it, but we've only been able to run 1/8 mile passes so far, because we keep running out of extension cord..."

LOL, Some people may actuallt fall for that!

I did go the "drastic" way and look under the hood and even from underneath but i couldnt really find exavtly where and i didnt want to start taking stuff off to figure it out cuz im tied up doing other work to it.
