I have a spare intake all set to send to www.KeystonePowdercoating.com but I have a problem.

I need to take the butterflies apart before I send 'em in, but no matter what I do I can not get the phillips head screws that hold the assemblies to budge!

I have tried a phillips screwdriver, as well as an impact wrench and no-go. Those suckers are on there tight.

Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong here? Or are the screws held tight with some sort of super glue?

they are just in there really tight. To get mine apart i put a pair of vice grips on a screw driver for leverage and then pushed really hard and twisted, and i had no problems, i have done 4 sets this way without a stripped screw
