All you AutoX people,

I need to figure out a battery holddown for mine...The batt tray has the two studs on the sides, but how did they hold it down? I can make something up, but I'm worried about the terminals.

Any pics? Also, where can I get a relocation kit? Or did ya'll make your own? I've had no luck with the local parts stores(O'rileys, Advance)

Thanks

relocation is easy if you are handy with routing wire from front to back.

buy some 2 gauge wire run it from the positive connection in the engine compartment to the trunk, bolt a batt. box or something like it to the floor back there and find a GOOD ground to connect another length of wire to, connect to the correct terminals and you are set.

Probably want to at least have a fuse or two in there.

You can battery relocation kits from Jegs and Summit. Plus its fall there should be 100 local swapmeets in your area where you can pick up kits for pennies on the dollar.
