Im not sure if someone can actually be a "newbie" after owning 2 prior SHO's, but I feel like it. I just picked up my 3rd SHO yesterday. She's a 1990 w/84K on her. I bought it from the original owner, a 70 yr old man, for $1600.
He included the original wheels with it. This is my first GEN 1, as my prior cars were GEN 2 models.
Its not mint, but its pretty clean for its age. Time for fun, and not so fun wrenching.

Dude, that is a great find!!! I love the the gen 1s and would have been all over that for $1600. It even has a police grille on it. You have much to be proud of. Welcome to the forum.
