I think it goes to show whatever 1 or 2 cars you’re talking about are fake or amounted to 0 at the drag strip. Just seems like a shout out to LMS.
No shout out to LMS that’s for sure. Just haven’t seen or heard of many Ecoboost SHO’s making 600 plus on a Dyno. I’m sure there out there I just haven’t heard of them. I’m in the middle of tuning my car with Brad hoping to see a high number on the Dyno. But whatever it does I’m sure I’ll be happy. I’ve got a Stage 2 RMB shortblock which includes the CSS, Custom JE pistons with thermal coating, Boostline rods, king bearings, Raptor crank, Headgames pocket port R head work with ferrea valves, ARP head bolts, XDI EVO hpfp pump, XDI injectors, Hellcat Lpfp, snow performance stage 3 Meth kit, EPP Hot pipes, EPP CAI, PPE catted downpipes, custom boost activated cut out, magna flow mufflers, GH gen 3r turbos, GH intercooler, and a few more parts to see if I can get this in the 11.3-11.5’s. Be nice if it puts down a good number on the Dyno too.

I think you’re going to want the XDI60 the EVO didn’t really do much more than the XDI35 although it has the potential so it is weird. Dyno numbers are cool and I hope it does put down some high numbers. Safe to assume it will but sounds like it’ll be a track star and that’s really all that matters. But high dyno numbers to go along with a stellar track run would be nice to have. I’m just saying I’ve heard of one SHO that had some custom IC work and some other things, ppl called it the Unicorn or something haha, or maybe that was one but I did see a high number dyno EcoBoost SHO, put down like 640+? I just find it funny that’s all that was ever heard from it. I doubt there’s any built (shadow) SHO’s lurking but who knows. I hope they reveal themselves. We don’t learn anything when it’s all a secret. And can’t get any more interest in custom parts being made when it’s also a secret.

Nice build btw!

Had car dyno'd today. Mustang dyno so it was stingy but I'll take it. No proper torque and dyno in 4th gear

0% wastegate so just spring pressure
424awhp

35% wastegate
484awhp

42% wastegate
506awhp

Man you had a whole crowd gathered to watch that. The flames, especially at night, have to make you smile every time.

So my assumption that the Mustang dyno being pretty stingy was proven this last Sunday. Went to the drag strip taking it easy and only did about 60% of a pass. Here's the slip
Screenshot 20220925 112129 WWT Slips

Now an analysis of the pass. There technically was one pass before this but the trans went into neutral while brake boosting so I did a lap made sure car was going into all gears. Any who, this car has troubles getting into positive boost while brake boosting in general but with the upgraded front calipers I have been able to leave on 4lbs which is pretty dang slick. Today I couldn't even make positive pressure thus the 2.07 sixty foot. The car once in boost is absolutely screaming shifts into 2,3,4,5 marvelously but as soon as fifth goes in the rpms raise up to 6k but the car not quite keeping up with that rpm bump. Car absolutely blew through the transmission clutches. Trans is a new unit with like 5-7k miles on it too. Guess it's time to see what that spare transmission in my garage can be built to with what we have available. If you want to see the pass it's on my YouTube channel and it's not pretty. Lol

@Jordan_R in the video you mentioned OEM equivalent clutches,,, can you elaborate?
Aftermarket parts are usually built to oem or stronger. Just gotta find the ones that are stronger. They wouldn't be advertised as an upgrade but maybe just maybe we might have something that is better just not actively known

Does the GM version push these trannies any harder, not familiar what platforms they use the 6f55 equivalent. And could a heat treat remedy the strength of the clutches? I have a heat treat company in my town, if I knew the properties of our OEM clutches I could ask their engineering if there is something they could do on their end. They heat treat everyone from Temkin to Moog, and Cummins injectors.

Not finding anything performance wise for
The GM 6T70/75.
In my experience, adding four quarts seemed to make tranny shifting better, I believe the ulv lower viscosity helps tranny send fluids around with less pressure. I've used ulv for six months, no problem. No slip.

Talk about about a ghost SHO, Jordan aquired one and, is is learning as he goes . Can't wait to see what solutions he comes up with. Maybe get some more input, and see with we benefit from his mods on his tranny.

Lots of fluids today. Clearing some space know my shelf! I'd do all BG oils but I've already got a majority that need used!

Plan is to drain and fill the trans and add a can of BG ATC plus trans additive and send it. Worst case I still slip the same way I did at the drag strip!
